Handcrafted Cedar Charcuterie & Serving Board
Handcrafted in my Thunder Bay woodshop, each of these charcuterie and serving boards is made individually from Western Red Cedar, with a contrasting hardwood accent running through the board.
No two are quite alike. Natural variations in the cedar give every board its own colour, grain and character, while the hardwood accent adds a distinctive touch to each piece.
The boards are carefully shaped and sanded smooth, with softened edges and tapered corners. A small hanging hole incorporated into the accent strip provides a convenient way to display or store the board when it isn't being used.
Each board is finished with 100% pure, food-grade tung oil, bringing out the natural beauty of the wood while providing a durable, renewable finish suitable for food-serving surfaces.
Perfect for serving cheese, meats, crackers, fruit, appetizers and other snacks, or simply displayed in the kitchen when not in use.
Each board is individually handcrafted, so dimensions, wood colour, grain patterns and hardwood accents may vary. Choose from the currently available boards using the product options.

Care & Cleaning
To help preserve the natural wood and tung-oil finish, hand wash with water and wipe clean after use. Avoid dish soap and other detergents, as they can gradually remove oils from the wood and finish.
Do not soak or leave the board submerged in water. Dry promptly after cleaning and allow it to air dry completely before storing.
Do not put in the dishwasher.
The board can be periodically refreshed with 100% pure, food-grade tung oil as needed.
